Hello lovely people!
It has been a minute since I last posted an update. I am finishing up my last semester of school which involves 8 weeks of student teaching and it hasn’t been the easiest 8 weeks.
I am 5 weeks in and I’m just now feeling like I can go back to what I was doing before school started. With that being said I kind got away from my calorie counting. I plan on picking it back up this week. A stressful time caused me to move away from what I was doing.
I haven’t weighed myself so I can’t update you on my weight. I still have a goal in mind and eventually I will achieve it! I have to get back on track and continue to push forward!
In other news.. which is the good news! I have continued drinking more water and drinking no pop! I am 54 days into NOT drinking any pop! Over the last couple of weeks I’ve found myself craving it, but I have outlasted those cravings!

Therefore, I am beyond proud of that progress! Life sometimes gets in the way of things we are trying to achieve. You have two options when that happens, you can either give in & never continue trying to achieve your goal OR you can say, “yeah I slipped up, but it’s time to get back to business”!
With that being said, this is my post about how I’m getting back to business & looking to achieve my goals!
