Quitting Isn’t An Option…

Hello lovely people!

A little update…
I have officially hit 24 days of no pop! I’ve always heard it takes 21 days to break a habit so we will see!
I am beyond happy with my progress even on the rough days and realize there is still more to achieve.

But this update isn’t the best one I’ve had since I started my journey.
This week has been the hardest week yet! Didn’t lose any weight and didn’t do a great job of counting my calories.
There will be weeks when I struggle or don’t do as well as I want, but I will just keep staying positive and pushing forward! I’m not quitting because that is not an option!
