Hello!!
Stopping by to make a quick update on my #letsgetHEALTHY journey!
Going into this journey I told myself it would definitely take some time and dedication to see the change. So far I am LOVING this journey!!
The update starts with still going strong with cutting the pop out. Drinking water has gotten a lot easier. Going strong with 19 days of no pop. To a lot of people 19 days isn’t much, but to me it is huge step in the right direction!

Here’s the really exciting news…
I am down 8.5 pounds from where I started! WOWZA 😯 I know it’s not a lot, but this is huge to me. I’m still in shock with my progress.
So happy with my progress and dedication to my journey! Still a lot more room to go, but really PROUD of myself! At this point, what’s important is that I am proud of myself, staying dedicated to what I’m trying to achieve and becoming a healthier me!
