Rainy days, still dedicated

Hello lovely supporters!

I never thought I would be so invested in becoming a healthier person who wants to lose weight & be more active, but here I am! Yesterday I took the evening to walk and be active after dinner.

Even though it was raining I told myself that If I was actually going to be dedicated to changing my habits then that meant I would have to do the things I don’t always want to do. Walking in the rain is one of those things I don’t want to do 😂

I walked in the rain and honestly ENJOYED every minute of it! Who would’ve guessed.. not me!

Today, I had some good news..

I was getting ready to head to the campground for the weekend. In a week, since I have stopped drinking pop, counting my calories, watching my portions and being more active. I HAVE LOST 4 POUNDS!

To a lot of people that is nothing, but to me that is huge!!! My dad and I talked about how seeing those small results is what keeps you going! I honestly have no idea what has gotten into me, but I am ALL IN 💪🏼
